Carri from Apothecarri & Teas will guide participants through creating floral infusions and botanical syrups using fresh herbs and flowers. The class includes a relaxed walk through the Lake Katherine herbal garden, where students will identify common medicinal plants while enjoying freshly crafted botanical lemonade, followed by an herbal benefit workshop.
