A Functional Tonic is a botanical blend crafted to be brewed as a concentrated tea or transformed into a simple syrup and paired with citrus for vibrant beverages such as refreshers, mocktails, or cocktails. Suggested Use
Steep 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water minimum 8 minutes. Chill and serve over ice as a Refresher, or use as a vibrant base for mocktails, cocktails, or spritzers.
Lemon Drop Refresher Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Lemon Drop Syrup (directions below)
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 oz gin, mezcal, or your favorite spirit (optional)
Pour in 10 oz glass filled with ice and top
with water or mineral water
Lemon Drop Syrup Directions: use 1/8 cup of herb per 1 cup of water. Pour boiling water over the herb and cover with a tight fitting lid, steep for 20 minutes. Strain off the herb and make sure there is 1 cup of steeped liquid. Add 1 cup sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
